By commissioning or purchasing from me, you understand and agree these terms are effective immediately and are subject to change at any time, no prior notice required on my behalf. You also agree they have been read in entirety, you assume liability if any terms are broken, and understand broken terms may result in a blacklist.

All of my work is digital. I will never mail you a commission or ask for your postal address.

You understand it is your responsibility to claim and save your commission within one week of receiving the finished commission files. Any unsaved files may be deleted after the one week mark and payment will not be refunded.

My artwork does not come with a commercial or product license. You may not redistribute your commission for profit – as either physical or digital products. Physical items may be produced for personal use only.

I retain all commercial rights to the commissioned artwork. Which includes being able to use the artwork in advertisements, portfolios, and social media.

You do not have the right to use any part or stage of your commission to train, modify, generate, or create derivative work, with any use of AI technology, generative or otherwise. This includes cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens, or other blockchain technology.

I accept payment in USD through Ko-fi and Cashapp. Full payment is required before I begin drawing and I do not accept partial payments.

A public queue hosted by Trello is provided to commissioners, so they may view updates or progress on their commission.

To receive a full refund, you must request it before drawing has begun. To receive a partial (50%) refund, you must request it during the sketching stage. No refunds of any kind will be issued past linework, color, or rendering unless no progress has been made within one month. Refunds cannot be requested after the commission has been completed.

I have the right to refuse, cancel, or refund a commission for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

All designs, regardless of how they were obtained (purchased, traded, raffled, gifted), may be resold on the basis you have added artwork or goods of value. If so, do not exacerbate the resale price more than the design and art is actually worth. Charity artwork (fave4art/requests, artfights, gifts, raffles) will not increase the value of a design.

If no additional artwork or goods have been added: Do not resell purchased designs for more than their original price. Do not resell designs received for free (raffles, gifts). Do not resell traded designs.

As a courtesy to me, do not transfer ownership of my designs to those without toyhouse accounts or delete my designs from toyhouse.

I'm not responsible for any secondhand trades, purchases, or co-ownership going arwy. Once I sell a design it is out of my hands.

Do not make a new character profile for co-ownership purposes.

Do not make my one-off designs an open or closed species.

My designs do not include product licensing. Personal items or goods, whether physical or digital, can be made of the design as long as it is not sold as merch, en masse, for profit. This can be discussed however, and may be added for an additional fee.

I reserve partial rights for my artwork. This includes using it in portfolios, within advertisement, social media, or otherwise within my business.

You may lightly edit over my artwork but you must keep an unaltered version and credit me where necessary. I do not allow modifications for hateful or illicit purposes.

You may change species, gender, clothing, markings etc.

Any redesigns made must be amended to the current character. Do not sell the redesign as a separate, new character.

Please keep backups of your image files. I am not responsible for the loss of any images or media related to my designs.
