By commissioning or purchasing from me, you understand and agree these terms are effective immediately and are subject to change at any time, no prior notice required. You also agree they have have been read in entirety, and you recognize that you are legally bound by all terms. You assume liability if any terms are broken, and understand broken terms may result in a blacklist or legal action.

All of my work is digital. I will never mail you a commission or ask for your postal address.

You understand it is your responsibility to claim and save your commission within one week of receiving the finished commission files. Any unsaved files will be deleted after the one week mark and payment will not be refunded.

My artwork does not come with a commercial license. You may not redistribute your commission for profit – as either physical or digital products. Physical items may be produced for non-commercial, personal use only.

I retain all commercial rights to the commissioned artwork. Which includes being able to use the artwork in advertisements, portfolios, and social media.

You do not have the right to use the commissioned work for A.I. training, databases, non-fungible tokens, or cryptocurrency.

I accept payment in USD through Ko-fi and Cashapp. Full payment is required before I begin drawing and I do not accept partial payments.

A public queue hosted by Trello is provided to commissioners, so they may view updates or to progress on their commission.

To receive a full refund, you must request it before drawing has begun. To receive a partial (50%) refund, you must request it during the sketching stage. No refunds of any kind will be issued past linework, color, or rendering unless no progress has been made within one month. Refunds cannot be requested after the commission has been completed.

I have the right to refuse, cancel, or refund a commission for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

Designs must be sold for the same price purchased or less, unless commissioned or personal artwork of value has been added. Charity artwork (fave4art/requests, artfights, gifts, raffles) will not alter the value.

Traded, gifted, or raffled characters may be re-traded or re-gifted but cannot be sold for any type of currency (including virtual currency), or be re-raffled.

Do not re-sell or trade my designs to those without toyhouse accounts. similarly: deletion of any character's toyhouse profile is prohibited.

I'm not responsible for any secondhand trades, purchases, or co-ownership going arwy. Once I sell a design its out of my hands. Do not make a new character profile for co-ownership purposes.

Do not make my one-off designs an open or closed species.

My designs do NOT come with commercial licensing. Personal items or goods, whether physical or digital, can be made of the purchased design as long as the goods are not sold for profit.

You may lightly edit my artwork so long as the original is unaltered, both images are credited to me, and the new edit is not modified for hateful or illegal purposes. You may change species, gender, clothing, markings etc.

Any redesigns made must be amended to the current character profile. Do not create a new character profile or sell the redesign as a separate, new character.

Please keep backups of your image files. I am not responsible for the loss of any images or media related to my designs.

The character must be an adult and encounters are with other consenting adults only (aka no underage or non-consenting).

The character does not have animal genitalia under any circumstance.

You do not transfer ownership of this character to a minor, nor shall a minor be permitted to create or obtain adult content of my designs in any form.

The character's toyhouse profile must be marked with a 18+ warning.
