These Terms apply during the commission process and thereafter.

These Terms may be subject to change at any moment without prior notice to any client, previous or present. Any and all changes made to these Terms are effective immediately upon revision.

By ordering a commission from me, you affirm my TOS has been read, and you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms listed on this page.

You understand that breaking my TOS may result in a blacklist or legal action.

I have the right to blacklist and/or refund a client for any reason, at any time, and without prior notice.

I reserve complete commercial ownership of the commissioned artwork, which includes being able to use it for advertisement, speed-paints, portfolios, and on social media. Client may request a private commission* free of charge.

I will not begin the drawing process until I have been paid in full.

I may incite a fee for revisions.

All of my work is digital. I will not mail you a commission or ask for your postal address.

You may NOT use my work to redistribute for profit – as either physical or digital products. Examples of these products would include: NFTs, Cryptocurrency, posters/prints, stickers, enamel pins, keychains, T-shirts, or other clothing attire.

The only instance you may create a physical product from your commission is for NON-PROFIT, PERSONAL USE.

You may use my artwork on your social media or website, however I must be credited. None of my work is for commercial use without a paid commercial license.

You may crop or resize the commission. This does not include the right to draw over my work.

You understand it is your responsibility to claim and save your commission within one week of receiving the finished commission files. Any unsaved files will be deleted after the one week mark and payment will not be refunded.

Full refunds must be requested before the drawing process has begun. Partial refunds may be given at the sketching stage. No refunds of any kind will be issued past linework, color, and rendering UNLESS I have not made progress within one month.

Refunds cannot be requested after the artwork has been completed.

I do not provide w.i.p.s for commissions unless asked for by the client or if I require clarification on client direction.

my trello is always available for the client to observe their spot in the queue, or the overall status on their commission.

Designs must be sold for the same price purchased or less, unless commissioned or personal artwork of value has been added. Charity artwork (fave4art/requests, artfights, gifts, raffles) will not alter the value.

Traded, gifted, or raffled characters may be re-traded or re-gifted but cannot be sold for any type of currency (including virtual currency), or be re-raffled.

Do not re-sell or trade my designs to those without toyhouse accounts. similarly: deletion of any character's toyhouse profile is prohibited.

I'm not responsible for any secondhand trades, purchases, or co-ownership going arwy. Once I sell a design its out of my hands. Do not make a new character profile for co-ownership purposes.

Do not make my one-off designs an open or closed species.

Do not use my designs for NFTs, Cryptocurrency, AI, or other blockchain technology.

You may lightly edit my artwork so long as the original is unaltered, both images credited to me, and the new edit is not modified for hateful or illegal purposes.

You may change species, gender, clothing, markings etc.

Any redesigns made must be amended to the current character profile. Do not create a new character profile or sell the redesign as a separate, new character.

Please keep backups of your image files. I am not responsible for the loss of any images or media related to my designs.

The character is an adult and encounters are with other consenting adults only (aka no underage or non-consenting).

The character is not feral/no animal genitalia.

You do not transfer ownership of this character to a minor, nor shall a minor be permitted to create or obtain adult content of my designs in any form.

The character's toyhouse profile must be marked with a 18+ warning.
